How are you Prof. Reima and all the students I hope you fine.
Today I want you to share me with my favorite book. It is THE DON’T SWEAT AFFIRMATIONS. It is very useful. I put it in my bag all the time and I reed it on the waiting time. This book provides 10 topics with 100 inspiring statements to make your day calmer, more joyful, and less stressful. By simply repeating one or tow statements daily, you can feel much more relaxed, while focusing on the positive side of life. I wrote some statements to see them
1. In the Flow
I do not need to be perfect; only human.
I am an easygoing and peaceful person.
My mind is at peace, and mo problem is too big for me to handle.
2. Problems as opportunities
I refuse to compound a problem by focusing on my mistake. I take my error lightly, learn from it, and move on.
My problems do not define me; how I react to them tells people who I am No matter what comes up in my life, I know that “this, too, will pass”
3. Quiet Mind
Taking time to be quiet and think of nothing is one of the best gifts I give myself.
I am at peace with the universe.
I fill my head with positive thoughts and high ideals, and this results in great success in every area of my life.
4. power to Choose
This moment, I decide to be happy.
I live my life as a gift, not as a to-do list.
I see something good in everyone.
5. Gratitude
I am grateful for what I have and for being alive.
I spend a moment each day thinking of someone to thanks.
I feel grateful when I feel well, and try to act gracefully when I an not felling well.
6. Abundance
I have everything I need right mow.
Money is only one of the currencies of life
The universe is always giving.
7. Kindness
The more kind and gentle I am, the more positive energy I bring to my home, my job and the world.
Being kind is a powerful expression of love in the world.
I choose to show that I care, rather than just saying that I care
8. Compassion
By understanding others. I more fully understand myself.
When people so things that irritate me, I put myself in their shoes and try to understand them.
When I develop a bigger perspective, I gain compassion for people.
9. True progress
When I think of one kind act that I did today, however small, I know I am moving forward in life.
There is nothing I can’t do if I put my mind on it.
I keep my mind focused on the positive, and I am excited about the future.
10. In the Moment
I choose to clear my thoughts, relax, take a breath, and simply be
No problem is more important than my happiness and inner peace.
It is never too late to change my thinking and change my life. Everything is possible in this moment.
